First mix on the new rig. This is bouncy Hard House / Hard Dance at it’s 6.30am at the day club best. Nick Skitz, Warp Brothers and Public Domain [Operation Blade…bass in the place London!]. As I mentioned on the blog, I’ve upgraded my needles and carts along with the turntables and I think you can really hear it. The mix sounds clean and clear. I was totally in the zone mixing this, dancing around the beat lab / dining room and totally having a ball. I’ve probably played and recorded all these tunes before, but this was more about testing the new gear, and great tunes are great tunes no matter what order you play them in. Hope you enjoy listening as much as I did mixing.
